Simple training using headphones and mics

 If I had a video game or was training a number of people, it could start off really simple. You equip the team or group with headphones and mics like in helicopters, then slap on the game or in real life. The game would then consist of a certain design in order to train the team or individuals in the psychic use of there senses and even bodies. It can range from a simple awareness or gps or directional sense to a more seeking of an object to a hypnosis or a danger sense, or there could be things like figuring out certain methods to do or use or recover from situations without having the knowledge by obtaining the needed knowledge or even being able to do and unlock certain things using certain more sorcerous techniques. There would also be a more pleasent experience as u would have someome in your ear for extra purposes such as knowledge and or information that u might not have, such as an assistant or a scribe to keep certain notes or record certain things for u, or for orders of team. You could have them be able to hack the environment for u and adjust or do certain things that u come across. In a simple world setting u should be able to design a computer and have it workimg using an assistant and a medial to large group using this method in such a short amount of time that compared to todays methods even with knowledgable people in real life would still exceed the time needed by a mile.
