The Will of the Shemzu Hor

 The Shemzu Hor is a bit of a collective of gods that all work together through a mirror sync system called the miraya and their own ability to temporarily send through some of their knowledge and power for the strict use of another god. There are several factions of different type of species that work together and help each other without interfering with each other's worlds or wills, as the will is mainly a same level path and direction as far as the laws and morals and the hierachy structure of the different groups. It takes a very long time to even be able to connect properly with another human let alone a god. The will is channeled through to the top of the hierachy, not the other way around like in the human world. So while the choice is final with the person at the top of the hierachy, the other gods will have their say, do their thing, as long as it abides by the will and helps the top heirachy leaders. The gods channel their power to the top and also are subservient to the top and it is not a power struggle, it is more of a power engine, that works to empower the hierachy from the bottom to the top, so as to shine from the top singular. It is easier to have 10 rocks with energy around a single rock that is empty to charge that rock in the middle is another way to look at it, as then the middle balances the energy and distributes the power and other such things equally around in a circular and spinning cycle. Once you understand this, u will understand a little bit about how the hierachy of the gods works and how they communicate with each other and NOT with humans. Not human will ever get a god to personally communicate with them, they will only influence and also aid through a lesser being. No one human is worth the time for a god to come to earth and communicate to human when not even part of the hierachy of the gods in the first place, it would actually put the human above the god and also infect the collective will of these species which is very touchy and works on a very personal trust of connection and disconnection to each other at regular intervals. This is the simple explanation and not so much the direction of the will, just a briefer.
